Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of new SMB business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Ezee Fiber products and services
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through close
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems
Partner with Sales Engineering, Construction, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support order processing, installations, and customer onboarding
Collaborate with Marketing on lead follow-up, local events, and demand generation initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions
Provide feedback to leadership on customer insights, objections, and competitive activity
Represent Ezee Fiber at local business events, networking opportunities, and community engagements

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B or SMB sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Valid driver's license required
This role involves up to 70-80% travel to cultivate client relationships, conduct onsite business reviews, and represent the company at key events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
