Responsibilities

Deliver high-touch service and timely support to clients and their families in alignment with firm service standards
Partner with Advisors and internal teams to coordinate and execute financial planning, lifestyle, and administrative service requests
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM (Salesforce), including documentation of interactions and service outcomes
Gather, review, and interpret client documentation to respond to inquiries and facilitate account updates
Coordinate directly with clients’ external professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and custodians
Support special projects and custom client service initiatives by organizing materials, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines
Collaborate with peers to identify process improvements and advance operational best practices
Manage digital and physical client files in compliance with regulatory and internal data retention requirements
Adopt new technologies and participate in training programs to enhance service efficiency and technical expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, preferably in finance or wealth management
Working knowledge of financial planning, insurance, tax services, estate planning, or related disciplines
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
