Quality Improvement Manager
Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri focused on transforming community health. The Quality Improvement Manager provides leadership in quality management and oversees quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Works with leadership, providers and staff to provide guidance toward clinical quality and process improvement
Coordinates the assessment and maintenance of continuous compliance with quality-related regulatory reporting requirements
Utilize, integrate, interpret, and analyze data to assist organizational improvement efforts, and promote optimal safety and quality outcomes
Staff development: Be a role model for HEART behaviors. Manage staff performance through regular review, real time feedback, and performance planning
Provides mentorship to Quality Consultants and Analyst
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree - Graduate of a school of nursing is required
OR Bachelor's Degree - Graduate of a school of nursing is required
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location within 90 Days is required
5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is required
3 Years of experience in healthcare quality is required
Preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Certification is preferred
