Responsibilities
Manage the product roadmap for Visier, our internal People Analytics platform—overseeing feature development, system enhancements, and vendor relationships
Ensure data integrity, security, and appropriate access controls across the People Analytics environment
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritize key metrics related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various HR systems to uncover trends, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making
Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
Present insights, recommendations, and actionable intelligence in meetings and presentations to diverse internal audiences
Support projects related to workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, and other high-impact people initiatives
Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to analytics processes, tools, and data governance practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Visier, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with HR systems, such as HRIS or ATS
Preferred
Demonstrated experience or coursework in HR analytics, workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, or inclusion and diversity analytics
