Responsibilities

Leverage experience with PPM business processes to configure and develop portfolio, program, and agile management modules within the enterprise PPM tool
Collaborate with the PPM tool development team throughout requirements, design, testing, and implementation activities
Lead pilot rollouts of new modules and support broader enterprise adoption
Create and deliver training tailored to various roles, including tips and best practices for maximizing PPM tool capabilities
Contribute to governance committees responsible for evaluating and prioritizing PPM tool features and capabilities
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support enterprise project portfolio maturity

Required

Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience
Experience with software testing, training delivery, and development of user guides
High proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and the Office suite

Preferred

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform
