KPP/SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop complex client-specific strategic plan and ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments
Serve as account strategist for assigned accounts both internally and externally while showing strong project management skills
Oversee activities of internal account management team and extended associates as related to client strategic objectives and escalated service issues
Assist in new plan implementations as well as perform own implementation for any incumbent TPAs; coordinate all interaction for plan updates and changes
Serve as the face of the plan with ongoing communication to the client as necessary to maintain and grow relationships ensuring retention
Use in depth knowledge and expertise to manage complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction levels are met
Build and foster relationships with consultants, HR advisors, brokers and TPAs to meet client needs
Use advanced experience to develop and understanding of products, benefits and services to determine business solutions that meet client needs, expansions and maximize opportunities
Obtain and demonstrate subject matter expertise for targeted solution in order to drive expansions
Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures as needed; ensure associates understand and meet all requirements
Keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, innovations, and trends in the organization and the marketplace
Travel up to 25%
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree business, healthcare or related discipline
5+ years PBM spaces, account management and client services experience
7+ years relevant work experience
Sets a clear and simple course of action, stays focused on priorities, able to visualize and plan for the future
Able to drive results through leveraging effective influence, leadership, negotiation, and relationship skills
Strong decision making ability; gather information from various sources to make informed decisions while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Communicate clearly and directly, is approachable, relates well to others, helps people understand change, provides and seeks feedback; excellent presentation and communications skills
Attention to detail while open to diverse ideas, work inclusively and collaboratively, hold self and others accountable, involves others to accomplish individual and team goals

Master's Degree Business Administration
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
