Responsibilities

You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the Internship

Our Investment Banking Summer Associate Program, beginning in June 2026, provides comprehensive training and an introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities

Santander Investment Banking (IB) teams provide global advice to corporate clients supporting them in the execution of their strategic goals

Our bankers are focused on developing long-term relationships and crafting strategies that help our clients grow and innovate

We provide sound advice, offer clients access funding, and execute transactions, all while helping clients manage risks in today’s complex environment

We work across teams to bring comprehensive solutions to clients’ challenges, allowing them to achieve their objectives and remain competitive across global markets

Required

Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027

3+ years of prior work experience
