Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new restaurant and foodservice accounts
Develop relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers across the KC metro area
Prospect daily, follow up relentlessly, and stay organized
Track customer needs, product usage, and pricing trends
Communicate closely with customer service, operations, and leadership to fulfill orders and ensure service
Build your pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from intro to onboarding
Represent the company with professionalism and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Experience in foodservice, protein, or perishable product sales
Track record of hunting and winning new accounts
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Solid communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Familiar with the restaurant industry and buying cycles
Capable of managing your time, follow-ups, and customer interactions without micromanagement
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within your territory
