Business Analyst III

The Business Analyst III will lead complex analytics projects, enhance data visualization, and improve enterprise reporting processes while serving as a subject matter expert in data modeling and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional business analysis projects to support business strategies
Develop and optimize high-impact dashboards and enterprise reports
Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with IT teams to improve data architecture and analytics tools
Train and mentor junior analysts in analytics best practices
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline business reporting workflows
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Expertise in Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
