Responsibilities
Research, develop, and initiate advanced automated testing methodologies
Define processes for test design and execution
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Design and write automated test scripts for our Mobile Apps
Collaborate with technical and process team members like App Dev, DevOps, QE, Product, Design and more to develop testing methodologies
Collaborate with application development teams to understand application architecture, risks, and quality needs
Influence the development of a quality automation plan that considers our software development lifecycle, manual testing, and integrated systems in collaboration with QE leadership
Focus on quality engineering strategy for Hilton's mobile applications including Android and iOS platforms
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Three (3) years of professional experience in the field of quality automation
Experience with Kotlin or Swift
Experience with UI testing tools (i.e. XCUITest or Paparazzi)
Experience with a variety of testing methodologies such as Snapshot, Functionality, API, Unit, Component and more
Experience using Git-based version control systems
This is a hybrid role and would require to be near our Dallas or Memphis office location
Travel up to 10%
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience
One year of supervisory experience in Quality Assurance
Hands-on automation experience with large-scale enterprise software products
Experience building mobile applications using Kotlin or Swift
Experience with test automation SaaS platforms
