Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to work with their Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. The associate will contribute to all aspects of litigation in large matters, including research, drafting, and trial preparation, while managing a complex docket in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country
Contribute to all aspects of litigation in large matters, including research; drafting; ESI collection, review, and production; witness interviews; depositions; and trial
Manage a complex docket and be willing to learn new technology or subject matter quickly

Required

2-4 years of experience in IP litigation
Experience in litigations involving trade secrets, patents, and other IP at a mid-size to large law firm
Capability of managing a complex docket
Willingness to learn new technology or subject matter quickly
Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar

Preferred

Experience in specialized areas (e.g. biology, chemistry, AI, or computer code)
