Inside Outside Sales Representative – New England

Airex Filter Corporation is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-quality air filtration products. They are hiring a hybrid Inside/Outside Field Sales Representative to grow their presence across the New England territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new customer accounts throughout New England
Manage and grow existing distributor and contractor relationships
Conduct in-person sales calls and site visits
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Represent Airex at trade shows and industry events
Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets

Qualification

Required

Outside or field sales experience preferred
Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

Preferred

HVAC, air filtration, or industrial product experience is a plus
CAFS certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
