Account Executive

Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
A. Manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10K–$50K in 3-year sales
B. Build strong customer relationships through consistent outreach
C. Re-engage dormant accounts to drive reorders
D. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Sales Execution
A. Recommend products based on customer needs
B. Prepare quotes, proposals, and order guidance
C. Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting
D. Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
A. Partner with SDRs on warm handoffs
B. Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on high-growth accounts
C. Work with Operations, Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualification
Required
3+ years sales or account management experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience using CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot or NetSuite preferred)
Background in furniture, home décor, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plus
