Customer Service Representative
The Harrison Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their award-winning customer service team. The role involves responding to client and participant inquiries via phone and email, providing administrative support for the Account Management Team, and performing general office tasks.
Responsibilities
Responding to client and participant inquiries via phone and email
Answering telephones, taking messages, and checking voice mail
Performing general administrative support responsibilities
Supporting internal department operations through additional administrative functions including file management
Assisting in claims processing procedures, mailing and scanning documents, and general office work
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication
Computer skills including MS Word and Excel
Team player/support
Ability to function independently and multi-tasking
Ability to type 45WPM accurately
Ability to keep all employee/medical information strictly confidential
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business/Health Administration or related work experience preferred but not necessary
Previous experience in benefits management, customer service or accounting-related field is definitely a PLUS!
