Sales Account Manager - Big Box Retail

24 Seven Talent is a fast-growing tech accessories company seeking a strong Sales Account Manager to manage big box retailer sell-in. The primary responsibility of this role is to nurture client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.

Responsibilities

Support the growth, development, execution, and ongoing optimization of the company’s most strategic big box wholesale partners
Nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, developing strategic accounts plans, negotiating contracts for new businesses, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to enable long-term revenue growth and retention
Partner with a rep firm on big clients like Costco, Best Buy, etc.; support some key regional retailers like Meijer (Michigan/Midwest), NFM (Nebraska Furniture Mart)
Drive transparency across all stakeholders in strategic development and solution creation
Forecasting and operational support for bigger box accounts

Required

Strong collaborator with strong communication skills to drive transparency across all stakeholders in strategic development and solution creation
Self-starting strategic thinker with a drive to win and a sense of urgency to compete in the fast-paced consumer products industry
Operationally savvy with great forecasting skills and understanding of the details that go into supporting bigger box accounts
3-5+ years relevant Sales & Account Management experience, ideally within the major big box retailers such as Apple, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Wireless customers
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence multiple levels of an organization
Possess problem solving, attention to details, and analytical skills
Self-starter that shows ownership and commitment to the job
Action-oriented and flexible mindset to drive impact in a fast-paced, rapidly changing growth environment
Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
Highly versed in Microsoft Office Suite with specific emphasis in Excel & PowerPoint
Experienced in Excel

Preferred

Experience with Power BI and Monday tool or similar tools
