The role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to enhance the capacity of local nonprofits serving low-income families with children ages 0-5.

Responsibilities
Build the capacity of SC First Steps and its nonprofit network of 46 local First Steps partnerships by developing and implementing high-quality fundraising strategies that increase our network’s capacity to serve low income families with children ages 0-5 throughout South Carolina
Focus on cultivation and recognition of donors and coordination of fundraising event(s) in order to raise additional financial resources, so that our programs will reach more children and families in poverty
