Responsibilities

Lead client discovery to define measurement objectives, success metrics, and decision use-cases
Own executive communications: POV, business case, roadmap, and outcomes-oriented storytelling for BD/QBRs
Design integrated measurement strategy across Adobe Analytics/CJA and Medallia DXA, including governance and operating model
Guide solution architecture and analytics enablement approach (taxonomy, KPIs, audience/segment concepts, reporting strategy) [accenture.com], [linkedin.com]
Partner with technical leads to ensure feasibility, sequencing, and quality of implementation and insights
Mentor consultants/analysts and set standards for documentation, insight quality, and stakeholder readiness
Identify expansion opportunities and support proposals/SOW creation (scope, assumptions, risks, effort)

Qualification

Required

8+ years in digital analytics / experience measurement consulting, including executive stakeholder management
Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including measurement frameworks and KPI design
Working knowledge of Medallia DXA (or comparable digital experience analytics/behavioral insights tooling) and how to operationalize insights
Proven ability to build exec-level decks, tell a data-driven story, and present to C-suite/VP audiences
Strong solutioning skills: discovery, requirements, future-state design, and value/ROI articulation
Experience partnering with delivery teams to convert strategy into implementable backlogs, milestones, and adoption plans
