Responsibilities
Assist project managers with developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
Coordinate technician assignments, subcontractor schedules, and resource planning
Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to keep projects on pace
Review technical drawings, equipment lists, and scope documents for completeness
Support creation of installation guides, testing documents, system configuration sheets, and as-builts
Assist in gathering site information, photos, and final documentation
Troubleshoot down devices, including speakers, cameras, and wireless devices
Assist technicians and subcontractors with setting up head-end equipment
Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians and subcontractors during installation
Coordinate with internal provisioning teams to resolve technical and configuration issues
Provide regular updates to project managers on progress, schedule changes, and issue resolution
Track equipment orders, delivery status, returns, and warranty items
Assist with project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, technical coordination, or a related role
Basic understanding of low-voltage systems, networking, or security technologies
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in security integration, IT, telecom, or electrical fields
Ability to read engineering drawings or network diagrams
Experience with ERP or project-tracking systems
Project management certifications (CAPM, CompTIA Project+, PMP Associate)
