Draft, edit, and submit high-quality LOIs (Letters of Inquiry), proposals, and grant applications, ensuring compliance with all funder guidelines and tailored to funder priorities
Work closely with Senior Director of Advancement for needed data, budgets, and attachments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-4 years of proven grant writing experience in the non-profit sector, preferably in youth education/service and/or urban agriculture
Demonstrated track record of securing foundation, corporate, or government grants
Exceptional written communication and editing skills, with a focus on persuasive storytelling
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with grant databases, CRM systems, and Google/Microsoft Suite
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
