Responsibilities
Coordinates and collaborates with Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff, Project Professional Engineer, Response Managers and EPA representatives as necessary to complete assignments
Oversees QA/QC on projects in the field, records data, certifies projects are constructed per design requirements
Prepares QA/QC reports for field activities
Reviews daily assignment schedules and ensures inspection staff are prepared and assigned to cover required inspection and materials testing duties
Prepares, assembles, and distributes pre-activity meeting package/documents to construction team
Attends meetings to record meeting minutes. Updates all participants with meeting results and changed information
Ensure quality documents are submitted, logged, and reviewed daily and then posted for access by various project participants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or related field
2 + years of relevant experience
Proficiency with document management software and construction management software Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and other Project and Construction Management programs
Excellent communications and client relations skills
Must have the ability to work as a team player

Preferred
Experience maintaining a project documentation system using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar construction-oriented filing and management software
Experience with document management of construction submittal packages, specification packages, QA/QC documents, materials test reports, Quality Audits, preparation of summary reports
Field Inspection experience
