Responsibilities
Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing technical and professional guidance
Review and manage project timelines
Continuously assess organizational capacity and address deficits
Facilitate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Organize and secure data procured and developed by the department
Review and approve project scopes
Develop and maintain departmental budget
Qualification
Required
Per requirements in our ITAR-regulated government contract, this position is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) due to the need to access controlled technology. Noble will not apply or manage the required export license
Bachelor of Science degree
Minimum of 5 years in a related field, with at least 2 years of management experience
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a cohesive and collaborative team while ensuring productivity
Professional and clear communication skills
Strong project management skills
Fundamental understanding of electro-mechanical systems and sensor technology
Working design knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing technologies
Understanding of process capability
