Responsibilities
Manage registrations, title transfers, licensing, and compliance documentation across our national asset portfolio
Track and process asset sales, lease records, and disposal documentation using systems like Yooz and Fleetrock
Maintain accurate records and reporting across multiple platforms, including Holman and Motive
Coordinate with our fleet vendors and operating branches to ensure smooth communication and consistent data
Support financial reconciliation and capital asset tracking in partnership with accounting
Prepare reports and dashboards showing fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and performance trends
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, or asset administration
Strong skills in Excel and experience working across data systems
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks at once
Clear communication skills and a high standard of accuracy and accountability
Preferred
Experience with systems like Fleetrock, Holman, Yooz, or similar
