Guide buyers through the full home-buying journey from first contact to closing
Generate and manage leads while building strong client relationships
Showcase homes and communities, clearly explaining features, pricing, and value
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and inventory
Coordinate inspections, financing, and transaction-related activities
Deliver outstanding customer service through responsiveness and professionalism
Manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
Maintain accurate CRM records and required documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Georgia and Alabama real estate markets is a plus
Experience with CRM and real estate technology preferred
