This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, preparing period end closing and financial reports, and providing analytical accounting support in the compilation of Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting for one of their dealership locations.

Responsibilities
Supervise and review the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, address reconciling items with staff and follow up through completion
Coordinate and prepare for financial audits
Assist the CFO in the annual budget preparation, annual capital expenditures, and other budget activities as required
Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
Ensure Accounts Receivable billings are completed in a timely manner each month. Review customer schedules/reports with management
Perform month end close duties in a timely manner. Assist as needed with fiscal and calendar year end procedures
Assist in the preparation of the monthly budget to actual reports for all departments. Verify all expenditures against line items, and update CFO as needed or requested
Organize office operations and procedures
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working in the automotive industry
Experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator
Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases)
Proven experience as an Office Manager
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
ADP/CDK Experience is a plus
