Lead and develop a team of Renewal Account Executives to drive policy and premium retention
Own regional renewal strategy and prioritize the team’s book of business
Manage performance through clear goals, metrics, and accountability tied to retention outcomes
Set and maintain best practices for renewal execution
Foster a high-performance, collaborative retention-focused culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of insurance experience in account management or business development, preferably with a carrier
2+ years of experience leading teams in a Sales or Renewals environment
Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams
Demonstrated success driving account and premium retention
Preferred
Commercial insurance experience preferred; Cyber, Tech E&O, or Professional Lines a plus
Strong cyber acumen or the ability to ramp quickly
