Start in 2026 SummerTK Elevator is seeking a motivated University Student Intern to join their IT team as a Salesforce Admin & Scrum Team Member. This role offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, Agile methodologies, and various IT activities within the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing Salesforce configurations, including user setups, roles, profiles, and permissions
Support data maintenance activities, such as data imports, exports, and validation
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues reported by users
Help implement and test Salesforce updates, features, and customizations
Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and ensure requirements are well-documented
Contribute to the delivery of sprint tasks and project milestones within an Agile framework
Support various phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment
Assist in documentation efforts, including process diagrams, test scripts, and system configurations
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT solutions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycle, and Agile principles
Interest in learning Salesforce administration and enterprise IT operations
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge or understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
