Lead design concepts for multifamily and single-family residential projects
Translate vision into compelling architectural solutions and presentations
Collaborate with project managers to ensure design intent is maintained
Produce and oversee drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
Guide junior designers and support studio-wide design standards
Participate in client presentations and design reviews
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience required — no recent graduates
10+ years of architectural design experience
Deep understanding of Southern California design context and codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, some Revit, InDesign, Enscape, D5 Render, and others
Strong design sensibility, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Background in Multifamily and/or Single-Family residential projects
