Responsibilities
Help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform
Enable Salesforce capabilities and serve as a mentor to the technology team
Interface directly with internal stakeholders and teams
Understand their needs, interpret them into actionable administrator tasks, and implement them quickly and effectively
Resolve challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently
Qualification
Required
Excellent technical administrator and communication skills
Strong ability to interface directly with internal stakeholders and teams
Experience resolving challenging technical case support issues for internal users
Ability to understand user requests, triage solutions for the team, and solve problems independently
