Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and project teams to define and achieve success goals, aiming to exceed expectations whenever possible
Deliver training (on-site and remote) to users of Cargas Energy products
Provide consulting and support for software setup, configuration, and implementation
Offer ongoing support to help customers get the most value from our software
Help test new features, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to improve our products
Stay current on software updates and functionality
Travel to customer sites as needed to deliver in-person training and consulting services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong business acumen or direct business experience
Passion for learning and the ability to develop product expertise
A strong customer orientation
Preferred
Experience in the energy or fuel delivery industries, or familiarity with accounting or financial processes
