Responsibilities
Manage a fast-paced docket of litigation and regulatory investigations
Develop and execute a global litigation strategy, providing strategic direction and proactive solutions
Coordinate the tracking, preparation, and potential settlement of lawsuits and regulatory matters
Draft and file necessary legal documents such as pleadings and briefs
Engage and manage outside counsel effectively
Collaborate supportively with other legal team members
Qualification
Required
6+ years of litigation or regulatory investigation experience
Proven track record in managing and resolving strategic litigation
Experience handling regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
Familiarity with third party subpoenas from regulatory agencies
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Ability to operate in the expanding crypto regulatory landscape
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member of a US state bar in good standing
