Senior Outside Sales Representative
Elios Talent is a well-established organization providing electrical power distribution products and services to industrial, utility, and infrastructure customers. They are seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to manage a defined territory, focusing on selling technically differentiated electrical power solutions and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined geographic territory
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Prospect and develop new accounts and opportunities
Sell into core verticals including:
– Industrial and manufacturing facilities
– Utilities and power providers
– Data centers and critical infrastructure
– Power generation (traditional, wind, and solar)
– Electrical contractors and engineering firms
Partner with inside sales, engineering, and product specialists to scope and deliver solutions
Identify customer challenges and position differentiated technical solutions
Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
Serve as the voice of the customer internally
Qualification
Required
Proven success in outside sales within electrical power, industrial, or utility-related markets
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and sell engineered solutions
Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
