Responsibilities
Assist and support the North American Cyber Security team with analysis and event response
Support strategic projects that enhance the organization’s security posture
Planning and design of automation that streamlines cybersecurity processes
Responsible for interaction with TKE’s young Safety Ambassadors Club members, incl. email correspondence with parents, scheduling tours, packing & shipping gifts
Meet deadlines for project deliverables
Recommend process improvements
Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited college or university studying one of the following disciplines: Cyber Security, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Physical Science or Engineering
Fundamental knowledge cyber security principles
High level of self-motivation and good time management skills
Effective communication skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a scripting language such as Python or Power Shell are a plus
