Account Executive – Digital Marketing Staffing & Solutions
Bayforce is a consulting and staffing firm focused on relationship-driven, value-based selling. The Digital Marketing Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients by cross-selling marketing staffing and solution-based services.
Responsibilities
Build and grow long-term client relationships within Bayforce’s existing customer base
Expand current accounts through consultative, value-based selling
Sell a mix of marketing staffing and solutions, including staff augmentation, multi-resource engagements, and marketing operations support
Partner closely with recruiting, delivery leaders, and SMEs to ensure strong client outcomes
Lead client meetings and contribute to solution design with internal experts
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
Participate in client visits and relevant marketing or technology events
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of staffing or professional services sales experience
2+ years of current experience selling digital marketing, MarTech, media, analytics, and customer experience staffing services and solutions
Experience expanding existing enterprise accounts with direct manager contact is required
