EQUIPMENT SALES MANAGER

Eijkelkamp North America is a leading supplier of soil, water, and environmental research equipment. The Equipment Sales Representative will drive sales growth for sonic drilling equipment by engaging with customers, managing sales activities, and nurturing relationships to meet revenue goals.

Environmental Services

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities through outreach via phone, email, and follow-up communications
Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and existing customer needs
Qualify customer requirements and provide product recommendations tailored to field and research applications
Build and maintain a sales pipeline for soil & water equipment solutions
Prepare and issue accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
Track the complete sales process to ensure timely order fulfillment and achievement of sales targets
Develop deep knowledge of ENA’s product lines, including environmental sampling, drilling, CPT, monitoring, and laboratory equipment
Conduct product demonstrations and communicate key features and benefits clearly to technical and non-technical customers
Support distributors with product expertise and sales assistance as needed
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company CRM system
Provide periodic sales reports and insights to management
Work closely with the sales, logistics, service, and technical teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions
Assist with special projects, trade shows, and product trainings as assigned

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively listen to customer needs and identify appropriate product solutions
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience or interest in environmental, geotechnical, or scientific instrumentation
