Responsibilities
Review and extract CAM clauses from lease agreements, ensuring accurate updates and validation of occupancy information in CAM files
Analyze CAM expense pools in the Yardi CAM module, identify variances, and provide a comprehensive report
Organize and document processes related to CAM Pool setup in the system for P&P
Maintain and summarize meeting logs for reference and follow-ups
Run the tenant charge register reports and enter the data into the files
Perform data cleanup and tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with other departments and third-party consulting firms to streamline communication and follow-ups
Assist with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program; Minimum GPA 3.2
Interest in the working of accounting and analytics
Strong critical thinker who is a strong self-starter
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Excellent communication and writing skills
Demonstrate the highest personal ethics and integrity
Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal
Able to write correspondence and/or reports
Ability to effectively present information to managers and 3rd party consulting firms
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and proactively evaluate/address work opportunities within the area of responsibility
Ability to solve practical problems
