Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
File lawsuits promptly, typically within 30 days of case intake
Develop litigation strategy and work closely with firm leadership on settlements
Aggressively advocate for clients to maximize case value
Qualification
Required
Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
Open to candidates from defense background with strong litigation skills
Trial experience preferred
Strong work ethic; driven, ambitious, and proactive mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable managing a large caseload
