Responsibilities
Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms
Oversee ongoing loan servicing activities, including payment collection, escrow analysis, and processing paid loans, ensuring all procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards
Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and categorize DeFi transactions across various blockchains, integrating these solutions into existing systems and applications
Drive automation initiatives, converting manual workflows into efficient, technology-enabled processes to improve accuracy and scalability
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to loan servicing and ensure departmental compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards in both TradFi and DeFi contexts
Qualification
Required
Basics of SQL
Defi knowledge
Knowledge of Snowflake
Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS platforms

Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with precision and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills (Macros are a plus)
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-impact initiatives
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Degree in accounting and finance is desired
