Law Practice

Responsibilities

Receive assignments from multiple partners, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines
Independently make court appearances and manage family law hearings on behalf of clients
Work autonomously and collaboratively with paralegals, law clerks, fellow attorneys, and administrative staff
Communicate clearly, skillfully, and discreetly with clients, Opposing Counsel, experts, consultants, etc

Qualification

Licensed to practice lawFamily law experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteResearch skillsWriting skills

Required

Must be licensed to practice law in California
Should have completed 3 to 7 years of licensed family law experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Candidates must possess excellent research skills and comfort with numerous research tools (WestLaw, Attorney's Briefcase, online resources, and hardcover reference materials)
Candidate should possess excellent writing skills to draft motions, pleadings, letters, memos, and other legal documents

Preferred

Experience with Xspouse, Clio, Lawyaw, and Lawgic
