Express Employment Professionals is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in the mobility health products industry. The primary role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving product-related issues, processing orders, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, and services
Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Maintain detailed records for internal tracking and reporting
Build positive customer relationships through empathy and professionalism
Gather and share customer feedback to support process and service improvements
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s mobility health products
Stay current on product updates, promotions, and company policies

Required

Troubleshooting and product knowledge experience required
Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, mobility products, or a related field

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
