Responsibilities
Manage custom residential projects from contract through final delivery
Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurement
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers
Oversee quality control, safety, and adherence to plans and specifications
Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation
Conduct regular site visits and lead progress meetings
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing custom or luxury residential construction projects
Strong understanding of residential building methods, codes, and sequencing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience working directly with homeowners in a custom-build environment
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
