2+ years expExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Coordinator to join their client in Madison, WI. This multifaceted role includes essential warehouse responsibilities as well as customer service duties when required.

Responsibilities
Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders
Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations, exp. dates
Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes
Assist the Branch Manager in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness
Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel
Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel
Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom
Follow the proper opening and closing procedures
Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required
Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe, and orderly
Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
The ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to receive materials in the warehouse
Be able to fill in at the branch when branch manager is gone or work at other branches to support PTO schedules
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment
Able to perform basic math and reading comprehension
Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
Preferred
Previous forklift experience a plus
