Media & Advertising Sales Consultant
Midwest Communications, Inc. is seeking a Media Sales Consultant in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining advertising relationships with local and regional businesses by providing integrated marketing solutions across various platforms, focusing on prospecting new business and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing advertising accounts
Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand business goals and target audiences
Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions utilizing radio, digital, and promotional platforms
Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals
Collaborate with programming, production, and digital teams to ensure effective campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client communications in the CRM system
Provide ongoing account management, including campaign performance reviews and renewal recommendations
Attend client meetings, networking events, and community functions to build market presence
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Have previous sales experience in media or advertising sales
Have the proven ability to prospect, close business, and manage a book of accounts
Have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to work independently
Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
