Responsibilities
Execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing campaigns
Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements
Gather and organize photos, videos, and attendee content during events
Support marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives as assigned
Coordinate event logistics ranging from small workshops to large-scale activations
Manage vendor communications, quotes, orders, and relationships
Organize supply ordering, volunteer scheduling, and transportation
Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Track RSVPs, attendee lists, budgets, and expenses
Maintain event calendars, checklists, timelines, and documentation
Manage inventory of event supplies and branded materials
Communicate event details to internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working both behind the scenes and on-site at events
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Driver's License (Required)
