Responsibilities
Oversee general travel coordination and serve as a point of contact for routine travel-related inquiries
Support the implementation and maintenance of travel guidelines, tools, and procedures
Liaise with travel vendors, internal departments, and administrative teams to facilitate consistent service delivery
Monitor travel requests and related workflows to help ensure accuracy and alignment with firm expectations
Assist in identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements in the travel process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Comfort working with travel systems, internal platforms, and external service providers
Preferred
4+ Years of Travel Management within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
