They are seeking a Head of Product to own product strategy and roadmap post-MVP and lead the next phase of growth, partnering closely with various teams to solve high-impact customer problems.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap post-MVP, translating needs into clear priorities and outcomes
Work directly with engineering team on user story creation, sequencing, and execution of defined priorities
Interface with UI/UX resources to define requirements and champion UI/UX development
Lead discovery through launch and iteration using agile practices and a predictable execution cadence
Drive customer/stakeholder discovery and prioritize work across competing inputs
Execute portfolio consolidation, integrating key features into a unified offering
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve based on product data
Partner with GTM teams on positioning, enablement, and post-launch feedback loops
Own integration strategy and third-party relationships for future platform integrations

Required

7+ years of product management experience (B2B workflow software and/or patient engagement preferred)
Proven track record launching products and delivering measurable outcomes
Healthcare tech fluency, including interoperability trends and thoughtful AI/ML application
Strong agile execution experience; Azure DevOps (or similar) familiarity
Experience with software integrations (APIs/platform integrations); healthcare integrations a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving between strategy and details
