Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships throughout Wilson & Rocky Mount
Develop relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, contractors, and related professionals
Respond to residential and commercial restoration opportunities, including after-hours when required
Conduct site visits and coordinate scopes of work with operations
Represent CareMaster professionally at community and industry events
Manage sales pipeline from relationship development through close
Qualification
Required
Proven, verifiable sales success OR A degree in sales or a closely related field
3+ years of outside sales experience preferred
Demonstrated success in referral-based sales environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain fully accountable
Direct sales: 3 years (Required)

Preferred
3+ years of outside sales experience preferred
Background in restoration, construction, roofing, facilities, or insurance-adjacent industries strongly preferred
Strong Preference Given To Candidates With Local ties to Wilson, Rocky Mount, or surrounding areas
Existing restoration, construction, or insurance referral relationships
A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Fire restoration: 3 years (Preferred)
Flood restoration: 3 years (Preferred)
