Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain client performance reporting, portfolio summaries, and investment analytics, especially as it pertains to client tax needs
Support asset allocation and portfolio monitoring (drift analysis, rebalancing support, cash management)
Assist with financial planning analysis (retirement projections, cash flow, net worth tracking, scenario modeling)
Build and enhance Excel-based models for forecasting, benchmarking, and investment analysis
Partner with advisors to deliver client-ready materials for meetings and ongoing communication
Help ensure accuracy and data integrity across reporting tools, custodial platforms, and internal systems
Support ad hoc analysis tied to market updates, investment recommendations, and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Open to Accounting or Finance professionals interested in building a career in Wealth Management
1–3 years of experience (ideal for a strong 2nd-year professional in accounting/finance/analysis)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; modeling a plus)
Comfort working with financial data, reconciling reports, and spotting variances/inconsistencies
Solid understanding of financial statements and core finance/accounting concepts
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills—able to translate analysis into clean, client-friendly outputs
