Responsibilities
Partner with a BCBA to apply ABA teaching procedures during 1:1 sessions
Deliver therapy in home, school, and community environments
Capture accurate skill-building and behavior data in our user-friendly app
Write concise daily session notes that keep families and clinicians aligned
Communicate wins, challenges, and ideas openly with your BCBA and regional coordinator
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
An active RBT certification - or the willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level-2 background check
A sincere interest in helping children grow and thrive
Preferred
A bachelor's degree (or progress toward one) in psychology, education, social work, or a related field
Experience in any of the following fields: Childcare (nanny, daycare, preschool assistant), Special education or paraprofessional support roles, Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling, Mental health or behavioral health settings, Direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities, CNA, PCA, or home health care roles
