Responsibilities
8+ years as a hands-on IT Reporting data analyst
4+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis within the Property & Casualty insurance industry; reinsurance experience is preferred but not required
3+ years hands-on experience with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Microsoft Power BI or similar product
Working experience with insurance source systems such as Guidewire (Policy, Billing, Claims), Genius, and SAP
Strong SQL skills and experience querying enterprise data warehouses
Understanding of dimensional modelling and enterprise reporting concepts
Strong initiative; able to self-manage. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding communication channels and escalation paths
Proven experience working directly with senior business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
