Responsibilities
Provide part-time IT support to the PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors Directorate, focusing on NIPR/SIPR sustainment operations
Troubleshooting for NMCI end users
Onboarding new team members through IT setups
Supporting tech refresh initiatives for Windows 11 and iPhones
Handling device deployment and basic troubleshooting
Managing NIPR account actions such as creation, re-enablement, troubleshooting, and dormant verifications
Managing SIPR token tasks like issuance, PIN resets, replacements, and revocations
Support for Global Video Service (GVS) meetings to assist IWS 2.0 customers
Work 2–3 days a week from the Washington Navy Yard during an 8-hour window between 0730 and 1800
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
1+ years relevant work experience, particularly in the area customer-facing IT support and NIPR/SIPR sustainment operations
Strong attributes for handling high volume customer-facing support
Demonstrated experience as a highly dependable performer and adept communicator
Possess DOD SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Preferred
Relevant Program Office experience
Experience as Local Register Authority (LRA) for DoW organization
